3 Year Manufacturer Warranty
All products are backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions. This warranty is provided by the original manufacturer and is valid from the date of purchase.
Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in glazing, surface finish, and structural integrity
- Colour and pattern inconsistencies beyond standard industry tolerances
- Premature cracking, chipping, or surface deterioration under normal conditions
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, impact, chemical exposure, or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines. It is the installer's responsibility to inspect all tiles prior to laying — claims will not be accepted once tiles have been installed.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect. Our team will assess and respond within 5 business days.
